Beontag – Carrier Dual
The Beontag Carrier Dual is a versatile dual-frequency label designed for logistics and consumer interaction. This label combines RAIN RFID and NFC memory, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. With its RAIN RFID / EPCglobal Gen2v2 and NFC Forum Type 5 compatibility, it can be used with various air interface protocols. The label operates at different frequencies, with RAIN RFID at 865-928 MHz and NFC at 13.56 MHz. It features the EM Microelectronic EM4425 IC, which offers different memory configurations depending on the version. The label has a read range of up to 11m on cardboard and up to 10m on plastic for RAIN RFID, while for HF/NFC, it can be read by a mobile phone up to 3cm away or by a fixed reader up to 60cm away. The Beontag Carrier Dual is designed for non-metallic surfaces and is made of printable white PET with a high-performance acrylic adhesive.
It weighs less than 1g and comes in a delivery format of 1000 pcs/reel. With its excellent environmental resistance, including water resistance (tested for 5 hours in 1m deep water) and chemical resistance (no physical or performance changes after exposure to motor oil, salt water, sulfuric acid, NaOH, and acetone), this label is built to withstand harsh conditions. It has an operating temperature range of -35degree C to +85degree C and an expected lifetime of years in normal operating conditions. The Beontag Carrier Dual can be personalized with customer-specific encoding and visual marking, making it highly customizable. It is also printer compliant with the Zebra ZT411 printer.
