Beontag – Silverline Slim II
The Beontag Silverline Slim II is an on-metal RFID label that offers excellent performance on various surfaces. With its narrow form factor, this label is designed to be versatile and efficient. It is a Class 1 Generation 2 passive UHF RFID transponder that operates on the EPCGlobal Class1 Gen2 ISO 18000inches6C air interface protocol. The label features the Impinj Monza R6inchesP IC type and has a memory configuration of EPC 96/128 bit; User 32/64 bit; TID 96 bit. Each label contains a unique random 96-bit EPC in its EPC memory content. The Beontag Silverline Slim II offers impressive read ranges on different surfaces, with up to 7 meters on metal, 4 meters on plastic, and 4 meters on liquid in the ETSI frequency range. In the FCC frequency range, it provides up to 7 meters on metal, 8 meters on plastic, and 2 meters on liquid. This label is optimized for metal but can work on any surface. It can be attached to curved surfaces, and the installation instructions provide guidance on proper attachment.
The label is printable with a white PET surface and uses a high-performance acrylic adhesive optimized for metal and painted metal surfaces. It weighs 0.7 grams and comes in a delivery format of 600 good labels on a reel, with bad ones marked with “XXX” printing. The Beontag Silverline Slim II is compatible with the Custom Zebra ZT410 RFID Silverline and ZT411 On Metal printers. It is designed to withstand various environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range of -35degree C to +85degree C, peak temperature tolerance of +110degree C for 10 minutes, and IP68 water resistance for up to 5 hours in 1-meter deep water. The label is also resistant to industrial washing with standard solvents and has no physical or performance changes when exposed to motor oil, saltwater, sulfuric acid, or sodium hydroxide. It can be wiped with acetone without any impact. The Beontag Silverline Slim II has a storage condition recommendation of 1 year in +20degree C / 50% RH, and its suitability for different environmental conditions should be tested.
