Active Tag – Micro IO

The IO tag is intended for use in application requiring sensor data. The tag is an active tag module, without housing, with two IO connectors for connecting sensors. The IO data transmitted by the tag can either be tamper activity, IO1 or motion activity IO2. In sleep mode the tag will only transmit on IO activity, when awake it continuously transmits a unique ID number which can be detected by a reader. The tag can be powered by its internal battery or it can be powered externally via the terminal blocks by a 9V battery.
